Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to souski.com and use of the Souski app, published by MARKOVIC TECHNOLOGIES (sole proprietorship: Nikola Markovic, SIRET 105 669 238 00013). The paid Premium subscription is also governed by the terms of sale.

2. The service

Souski is an online personal budgeting tool: you log your income, spending and savings, and the app works out your budget, what's left and your goals. The calculators on the website can be used without an account. Souski doesn't connect to any bank account, never moves money and doesn't provide any financial, banking or investment advice.

3. Account

Signing up is free and open to adults, or to minors with the consent of their legal guardian. You agree to give a valid email address, keep your password confidential and tell us about any use of your account you didn't authorise. Each account is personal.

4. Free plan and Premium

The free plan has no time limit, with the feature limits shown on the Pricing page. A 14-day Premium trial is offered at sign-up, with no payment method.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, not to try to access other users' data, not to access the site through large-scale automation and not to use it for unlawful purposes. If you do, we may suspend or delete the account concerned, after warning you unless it's urgent.

6. Your data

The information you enter belongs to you. You can download it at any time from “My account” and delete your account, which permanently erases your data. How it's handled is described in the privacy policy.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and to back up data every day, without being able to guarantee full availability. The results shown depend on the data you enter: Souski can't be held responsible for financial decisions made on the basis of these calculations.

8. Intellectual property

The Souski brand, the website, its texts, illustrations, spreadsheet templates and software belong to MARKOVIC TECHNOLOGIES. The free Excel spreadsheet can be used freely for your personal use, but not resold.

9. Emails

We send you the emails the service needs (email confirmation, password, subscription) and, unless you opt out in “My account” or with the unsubscribe link, a few useful reminders and summaries.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, in particular to keep up with changes to the service or the law. If there's a significant change, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. You can delete your account if you don't accept it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protective rules of your country of residence. Any question: contact@markovictechnologies.com.
