Data controller

MARKOVIC TECHNOLOGIES (sole proprietorship: Nikola Markovic), 117 Avenue de Soissons, 02400 Château-Thierry, France, reachable at contact@markovictechnologies.com.

Data we collect

• Account: email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Content: the categories, budgets, transactions, goals and loans you enter.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

No connection to your bank, no advertising trackers, no selling of data.

Purposes and legal basis

Providing the service (performance of the contract), managing your subscription (performance of the contract, accounting obligations) and sending you essential emails such as password resets.

How long we keep data

For as long as your account exists. Data is erased immediately when you delete your account, except invoices, which the law requires us to keep for 10 years.

Recipients

Your data is hosted in Europe. Our processors:

• OVH SAS (France): hosting of the website and database, on servers located in Europe.
• Scaleway SAS (France): sending emails (email confirmation, password, reminders).
• Stripe: subscription payments. Stripe processes your payment details; we never have access to them.

Fonts and charts are hosted on our own servers: your visit isn't passed on to any third-party service.

Cookies

A single, strictly necessary cookie keeps you logged in and remembers your language. No consent is therefore required.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability (“Download all my data” button in My account) and objection: email contact@markovictechnologies.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority in your country.
