1. Purpose

Souski is an online personal budgeting tool, published by MARKOVIC TECHNOLOGIES (sole proprietorship: Nikola Markovic, SIRET 105 669 238 00013). It does not provide any financial, banking or investment advice.

2. Account

Signing up is free. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

3. Plans

A free plan with limited features. A Premium plan by subscription: €4.99 a month or €39 a year, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code. A free 14-day Premium trial, with no payment method, is offered at sign-up.

4. Payment and renewal

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your “Subscription” page: it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and is not renewed.

5. Right of withdrawal

By subscribing, you ask for immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal period (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). For any refund request within 14 days, write to us: we'll look at it case by case.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and to back up data every day, without being able to guarantee full availability. Souski can't be held responsible for financial decisions made on the basis of the calculations shown, which rely on the data you enter.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from “My account”. We may suspend an account that is used abusively.

8. Governing law and disputes

French law applies. If there's a dispute, please write to us first at contact@markovictechnologies.com: we always look for an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, you can turn to a consumer mediator free of charge (details available on request). This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
